RNC mentally unfit agent Sulah Nuwamanya is crying foul following the Uganda Police’s Criminal Investigation Department’s summons over charges of ‘theft of documents and money worth $2500’ belonging to a Ugandan businessman Herny Mugisha.
The RNC deadbeat dad of four abandoned children and a wife, he’s co-accused with his part-time mistress Prossy Bobabaana whom he shares with the skinny assassin Abel Kandiho.
The duo have refused to comply with CID summons just because their paymaster Museveni who’s in bed with their terror outfit RNC led by Terrorist Kayumba Nyamwasa.
But since the case is criminal and not related to RNC shenanigans, Sulah and Prossy have panicked and are now shedding crocodiles tears.
CMI-RNC puppet Sulah should not look for scapegoats, he and his girlfriend Prossy should face the music.
