The terrorist mouthpiece David Murunganwa (aka Himbara), paid by Museveni and Rujugiro to smear Rwanda, with no knowledge of Rwanda is left to sale fake numbers on poverty and to falsify covid-19 test prices. The propagandist writes that a covid-19 test costs $50 when in reality $5 is the set maximum price for a covid-19 rapid test in private clinics, and free in government mass testing exercises.
Deliberately, Himbara uses the difference between a rapid test and a PCR test for travelers to set his distortion. To top it off, the paid mouthpiece adds his usual imaginary data on poverty in Rwanda. All he wants is to tarnish Rwanda with the hope that his sponsoring regime will fair better.
What Himbara will not write is that medical care in Rwanda is accessible to all Rwandans through its Mutuelle de Santé (National Health Care) system. He will also not tell you how under Museveni, Ugandans lost the most basic of social security safety net and now those who can’t afford hospital admission during the pandemic are simply left to die.
After 35 years of Museveni’s dictatorship, even those who can afford health care still run the risk of death with oxygen shortages (caused by Museveni’s daughter in law), being injected with fake vaccines and administered fake medications by crooks approved by the Ugandan regime. Museveni’s propagandist thinks creating fake data and fake prices will change facts. While it is possible to get a free Covid-19 test and free medical care in Rwanda, fact is, in Uganda, both a test and care is expensive. It is a privy of the rich and powerful, who jet out of the country afraid that the corrupt medical sector might be more dangerous than COVID-19.
A paid mouthpiece cannot help hide Museveni’s failures, even a pathological liar like David Murunganwa who stole his brothers name Himbara to fake high school completion cannot help Museveni.
