Himbara aka Murunganwa, as usual, distorting IMF Reports to smear Rwanda for his paymasters!

Aware that most people do not read the entire 121 pages IMF report on Rwanda, the RNC mouthpiece David Himbara aka Murunganwa immediately twists it to smear Rwanda by misquoting it. Paid to smear Rwanda by Museveni and Rujugiro, Himbara generally seeks, from a positive report like the IMF one, a line to use in his anti-Rwanda propaganda.

While the latest IMF report clearly states, “Reforms to increase transparency in fiscal reporting and RSSB finances are broadly on track”, Himbara distorts it to say otherwise and alludes that there is no transparency in Rwanda. Laughably, the beneficiary of corrupt money has the audacity to use transparency as a point to smear Rwanda; it is the most transparent country in Africa and consistently ranks amongst the top 10 globally. Under Museveni, however, Uganda ranks amongst the most corrupt countries in the world. It is an undeniable fact that even Museveni admits.

Museveni –Himbara’s sponsor – once warned Rwandans in 2011 that “Uganda was full of thieves”, Museveni lamented publicly that his police force scored 70% in corruption. Moreover, the shameless propagandist Himbara doesn’t just have one corrupt sponsor; his other sponsor Tribet Rujugiro is equally corrupt. From insurance frauds involving stealing dead bodies in the 1970s to facing arrest in UK for fraud and tax evasion, Rujugiro is as corrupt as it gets.
In reality, the RNC mouthpiece is only trying make his corrupt paymaster look better by tarnishing Rwanda to on transparency. Obviously, for a few coins, Himbara will try anything; even the impossible.
