Rwanda National Congress-RNC terror outfit motormouthed mouthpiece David Murunganwa aka Himbara is spending sleepless nights grappling with Rwandan success recorded in peace building and keeping initiatives across the globe.
Starting on the wrong footing the lose-tongued drug-addict Murunganwa lied to his small audience that Rwanda reaps huge investments and money from its military cooperation with African countries. To set the record straight, Rwanda has entered into bilateral agreements in various African countries namely, Central African Republic-CAR, Mozambique and Benin (in final phase) to provide troops to reinforce the national security agencies to restore, maintain peace and order in the conflict-torn countries. The operations bear no monetary returns.
Rwanda’s model is inspired by President Kagame’s approach of finding African solutions to African problems. He advances cooperation and solidarity between African nations and has proven doubters wrong.
As President Kagame reaffirmed while addressing the Parliament in February this year, his nation understood the suffering of the fellow Africans and offered to support in the quest of finding lasting peace and save millions of citizens whose lives have been threatened by Jihadist insurgents.
More so, Mozambiquan President Filipe lauded President Kagame’s intervention in his country. “Kagame understood Mozambicans’ suffering gave his best people to help Mozambique.” Nyusi didn’t mention anything to do with awarding Rwanda businesses in return to securing his country which refutes and destroys Murunganwa’s unsubstantiated submissions.
The bedridden drug-sniffer Himbara further misleads his online followers by concocting the provisions of Rwanda’s bilateral pacts. But just because Himbara is not involved in the whole process, that doesn’t give him the reason to invent the provisions of inter-state matters. But anyway, to nobody’s surprise, the failed “Professor of Economics” thrives in speculations and rumor-mongering.
In all peace-security bilateral agreements that Rwanda has signed with African countries, there is no single article that awards Crystal Ventures Ltd businesses in return.
As a result of bilateral security agreements, Rwanda has secured territories mostly hit by terrorists in both countries CAR and Mozambique’s Cabo Delgado and Mocimbao da Praia. The psychopath Himbara, deliberately, omits to mention such prevalent facts.
As Rwandan Head of State once said “what naysayers say has become bad music and we have to ignore, we deliver with actions and they will have to argue with facts.” RNC stooge Himbara is just one of those confused dimwits.
